In our laboratory, we combine the concepts and advantages from Western dietary therapy and Chinese traditional dietary therapy, and build cells, animals, and human experimental models to explore the prevalent studies on the Health Foods, dietary therapy, and health care, and to provide high value-added foods to Dietary therapy and Health promotion for human beings.
